GSX2 doesn't start and go back to trial mode

Good evening,

i'm experiencing some problem with the GSX
It looks like to be a random problem because it doesn't happen every time
What happens is this
I start my flight simulator i then select the airplane and i start the flight
when i go in the addon bar to open the gsx window all the gsx function are not there, like it is not installed, then i press on the addon manager tab and it says that GSX and GSX2 Expansion are on trial mode, even if i already registered the serial days ago,i then on register serial again but nothing happen
Then i restart my fsx and maybe it will or will not appear, i told you it's random
i did all the antivirus thing to protect the files of gsx but it didn't help
I usually use the fslabs a320, idk if it's something related to that

Please clarify if:

- GSX is WORKING, but in Trial mode ( only Trial airports working )

OR

- GSX NOT working at all, so you are missing the GSX menu.

I'm new here, so nice to enjoy this forum. I just got the same problem after installing GSX Level 2. It starts in Trial, so I have to register my product and restart Couatl every flight. It was not happening with GSX 1.
Anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Please clarify if just GSX L2 stays in Trial, or it's both GSX and GSX L2. As you know, they use two separate activations and keys.
