Don't understand your advice. The Activation key is still the same and only allows installation on one computer.
Are you sure it's the same ? The issue is, you are reporting this in the wrong way, on the forum, so we can't help you much here, since you would have to share that serial number.
As discussed so many times on the forum and of course as explained in all our documentation, when discussing orders and activations, you should always use the support EMAIL, not the forum.
