seems that there is no way kdfw will be done by the end of this year. 8)Just to say that KDFW won't be done by the end of the year is wrong; That's not to say there's alot of detailed work with FSDT sceneries but if you looked at the previews in KDFW forum YOU can tell how far the work has progressed. We might be surprised to see KDFW OUT BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

seems that there is no way kdfw will be done by the end of this year. I'm going to take a stab at it and say you're right. But considering the size of this project (DFW is MASSIVE), I'm not surprised and could honestly care less when it is released. It WILL be, probably, one of the best FSDT sceneries to date. Yeah I think I will have to agree. Unless they are farther along then what we are being told since it is a popular airport. But, I rather them take their time and wait. Then rush and get garbage.

Judging by the previews we've seen and the amount of stuff they're working on, my guess would be sometime in Feb '10.
Which isn't really that far out if that's when we get it. With the holidays coming, time will pass quick and Feb will be here before we know it.
I agree as well, that I would rather them take their time, than rush it. As much as I am looking forward to it, I don't mind waiting another 3 or 4 months if that's what it takes. Besides, we have no choice to wait unless you want to do it yourself.

I've explicitely said in another post there's no chance to release KDFW before the end of the year so, why speculate ?

You know what you are right.....I thought I did read that somewhere now that you said something. It's all good to me anyway. Besides Real Extreme Enviornment for FS9(already have FSX version) should/will be out before Xmas(yes!!!!!!!!!!!)....hopefully comes out on black friday!!! So it is not like we will not be getting anything this holiday season. This combined with the new DFW when it come out equals off the chain!!!!

One of them is an FSX only tool of some type, but no details.
