GSX serial not getting saved to P3Dv4

I have a strange problem with my GSX. I have to register gsx serial key everytime I run P3dv4. It always start in Trail mode. Please help

Be sure you don't run the sim, or any other add-on that start with the sim, in Compatibility mode, like XP or Windows 7 under Windows 10, etc. Also, don't start the sim from another add-on, always start the sim with its own icon.
