That's pretty cool.  I assume that's the gmax polly layer for the road-/taxi-/runway surfaces?  I didn't realize it was a single object for the entire airport.

Ciao Kappa,

That's a very interesting rendition; is that done in GMAX? Huh  It looks like you layer it on top of the photoreal texturing and, I'm guessing all else is done next, beginning with a paint-job of the ground...

Pretty Neat; thanks for the preview! Smiley

Pretty sure that is not gMax. Think of some 3D tool in the 3dsMax league.

Nice detail overlay! Great progress -- I'm really excited about this.
And good luck with the taxilines, those might take a while.  Grin

Neither is 'super-mega-ultra-awesome'...seems like Umberto and the team(s) keep outdoing themselves with each subsequent release! I can't wait for these to hit the store!!!! Nice work FSDT!! And once again thank you for your FS9 support!!

Well Mr. Chams,

I think it stems from the fact that there are and have been a great many wonderful developers that simply jumped ship, abandoning FS9 support with almost no care whatsoever of the customer base they left behind. The almighty dollar drove them to say...'to heck with that outdated platform...etc etc...' When in reality, it was that base of customers that helped them become said 'wonderful developers'. Some get it; FSDT, Flytampa, Carenado....and more. But many have turned their backs on the numerous FS9 users still out there, and, business decision or not, has forced the FS9 users to say 'thank you' for every addon they can get nowadays. As I am beginning my own search for an FSX capable computer, I am dreading the re-acquisition of potentially $2000 worth of addons purchased over a 4 or 5 year period. Not looking forward to it. So being greatful to Umberto or George (Flytampa) or any other developer is simply a matter of politeness. Thanking them for doing something that will, more than likely, help them keep a loyal customer base. Oh, and by the way...thank you, James, for your help regarding my computer searching.. I do appreciate it.
