There's nothing wrong with your screenshot. You must understand the whole point of PBR, is how the colors change depending on different light conditions, viewing angles and even weather.
You should really see the scenery in all different situations, to really appreciate it. Obviously, since screenshots are static, we take them when the effect is more visible, but PBR would in fact always require videos, at different times.
