Okay, so when you use the virtual airlines override function, you are basically telling GSX that the only operators you want to see available are the ones that are in the box. According to your screenshot, the only operator in the box is FJA. Therefore, you won't have the pop-up box that allows you to select the operator because you only HAVE one operator, which is FJA. The vehicles showed up, as evidenced in your screenshot, so once again, I'm not sure what the issue is. If you had a second operator in the box, you would get the pop-up box with your only two choices being the two that you had in the box.
