You have missed to attach the only screenshot which was important: the one indicating what you saw after you replied YES to the question "Do you want to open the log to see error details ?".
At least, I hope you DID replied YES, because the one and only reason for that question, is to let you have something meaningful to report to support, when something happens. If you haven't, do it now, please.
