You mean they get paid to do US airports? or there are more FS simmers that want US airports??

I'm thinking that they make more money on US destinations.  This is mearly a guess though.

Same here, I wouldn't buy a FSDT KATL. Just because I have the IS version, which is fine (even if of course, FSDT would do a better job) and it has AES...

Please remember that FSDT will never be able to model any airport in the world... We need also others companies. So it would be a better choice to do something that we really lack instead of redoing the same airports over and over....

Just some suggestions of some US airports I would buy from FSDT: KMIA, KIAH, KDTW (If sunskyjet don't do it).

KATL would be a phenomenal project for FSDT.
I'm not sure what the FS market would bear for ATL, but being the busiest and having 1 of the most congested arrivals in the world I'm sure some VA's would like the idea of FSDT looking into it.
The other scenery that's out there for ATL is a resource hog, just not fun flying into there at a crawl on very lo frames, I have it and decided against putting back in after a re-install of FSX.
My 2 cents.

What about Seatlle? Is there a scenery for Seattle? That would be a nice destination.

If you search around, there is a way to merge the FlyTampa Seattle for FS9 into FSX, but don't I wouldn't plan for a new Seattle being built.  Those who were planning to do SEA have decided against it for various reasons.

I have and it works in FSX. If you have MegasceneryEarth installed you might have some bleed through issues but all in all it works well.

I have MSX SoCal and Phoneix and MSE in Colorado. The only thing in that area is ORBX Pacific Northwest.

KDEN is a good shout, but i'm absolutely gobsmacked that the majority of you aren't shouting for KEWR to be done next, providing FSDT will do another US airport.

If they passed on Miami because it is too close to one of their other sceneries, why would you expect them to take on Newark?

How do you figure....matter of fact speak for yourself.....We have been looking for KDEN(Largest in the nation by land mass; also called the "Gateway to the West") and/or KIAH(George Bush Intercontinental).  Pitch Newark to the left.    Lips sealed

KMIA seems to be a favourite of many as it is mine.

As others wrote despite coming second in a poll it has been totally been set aside as if it came far down the list.

If another poll will be made I think that FSDT would consider making the first couple of airports if the percentage of votes is similar.

I would not expect an airport with only 10 votes to get made.

If FSDT makes smaller airports like KFLL is it not possible to do a small then a larger airport etc.

I know it is difficult to please everyone but Miami like from Fly Tampa whilst a fine scenery at the time is very outdated.

Have most of FSDT airports and think that KMIA would make quite a few bucks as no other company seem to want to make KMIA, or

maybe not the expertise like FSDT has.

Do FSDT have a marketing bureau to collect info before deciding what is made.

Once again my vote is for MIAMI, especially after seeing the photo's on Google Maps.

We already explained the motivations for choosing CYVR, yes KMIA had *slightly* more votes in the poll but, as we explained many times already, the poll it's just a rough indication of what is liked, but we'll make our decision anyway. Not that CYVR had a bad result in the poll so, it's not we are choosing something that hasn't been voted...

If we were going by votes then kmia would be next but it has already been done by fly tampa so cyyz would be next, cant wait.
