Setting 'YouControl' permanently

I'm in P3D4.5, and I've had stutters when landing on Rwy 35.  I can resolve this by disabling ground traffic and 3D cars in YouControl.  My issue is there doesn't seem to be a way to make these settings permanent, so if I forget to disable them the next time I fly in, I'll have the stutters again.  Is there some way to disable them on a permanent basis?

This has been discussed already on the forum, and will be fixed in the next update, which we hope will come soon.
