Can't open GSX menu with CTRL+F12

for first time, Can't open GSX menu with CTRL + F12 keys. Changed key mapping but unsuccessful. Run live update and still the same.
When I press Ctrl+F12 I get a sound but no GSX menu.

I have a similar problem.
In my case, it's almost as if I double tap CTRL+12 because it automatically goes to deboarding.
I get the same thing if I use the pulldown menu and "Show Menu..."

I tried reinstalling GSX2 but still same problem.
When I go to Addon Manager and De-Activate GSX and GSx2, and press ctrl +F12 I get the menu as per attached. When I re-activate I get the same problem  ( no Menu).

You are reporting 3 different issues:

- the GSX menu supposedly not opening

- The GSX menu automatically selecting deboarding, which is the opposite of not opening (it looks like it's opening twice)

- the GSX menu working but in Trial.

Please don't post about different issues in the same thread. Open a new thread, with a proper title.
