What order should FSDT scenery be when FTX/Orbx Region/Vector/Global is involved. FSDT on top?

Yes, all airports on top. However you might still have some conflicts which can usually be resolved by disabling specific Orbx files. Also remember to disable any AFCADS that may come with other adds-ons, particularly with AI.

Simply set your ORBX Library insertion points in FTX Central and you won't have to worry about ORBX layers anymore.

in P3Dv4 i created an Addon Scenery folder (like you had in FSX and P3Dv1-3) in the root sim folder and added it to the scenery library right were it always used to be. Then i go into ORBX and tell it to put FTX entires below Addon Scenery and the openLC entries below FTX entries. Problem solved. Since the addon scenery folder will never move, everything will install without issue and be where it is supposed to be. Check this link for example:https://i.imgur.com/q7azcPj.png

Make sure to hit save :)
