Glitched Ground Textures
« on: January 16, 2019, 12:34:52 am »
Hello,

I have been having this problem with this small corner of Houston for the last couple of months in which a default ground texture from the default KIAH of P3D is glitched with FSDT's KIAH.

Can someone help?

Thanks

That's clearly another scenery in conflict.

By removing the scenery in conflict. You might try the Simple Airport Scanner utility to help finding it.

Just scanned and there is an airport found but I recently got this airport and this glitch has been happening for a big while now.

As I've said, the problem another scenery in conflict, since we obviously haven't made it that way. If the conflicting scenery is not an AFCAD kind, the Simple Airport Scanner won't find it, so you don't have any other options than find it manually.

You might try disabling all the additional scenery areas in the Scenery Library, to at least try to find where it's located.

Do you happen to have the FSPXAI 777 installed?

That screen isn't from the FSPX 777v4 glitch. The ground texture is totally different.

Anyone figure this out? I have the same issue. I ran the SAS utility and did not find any AFCAD conflict.

Somewhere in here. Someone did afcad that fixes it, however word of the wise, last checked it messes with SODE jetways too.. they can no longer find the door too the aircraft if you use it.. So basically they fix one issue and cause another..

It's not a conflicting scenery in question. You can check my old topic on this on this same forum. Use a custom made kiah afcad file and the asphalt patch will be gone. I will post two pics, one with default afcad and one from AIG forum with up to date airline gate assigments. The custom one won't have the weird asphalt patch. Hope this helps.
