No Stairs at UPS parkings
« on: January 02, 2019, 06:47:10 pm »
Hello there,
My problem is that I have no stairs at any ramp in KSDF, in any plane 767, 757, MD11 or A306, but only at KSDF, at all other airports the stairs work. Is there any fx  for that ?
Regards
Frank G

I think the problem is that the current cargo stairs are too big for the stand, and need to be switched to the lateral gray stairs( the one in the FSDT KSDF video demonstration), but I don't know how to switch them

Any ETA on the fix?  I hate having to climb up these ropes!

Has this been fixed along with being able to disable vehicles?

Yes, we fixed this already, but we still haven't published the update. It will be very soon, as discussed in many other threads.

You have been saying soon for quite some time on these fixes getting published.

You have been saying soon for quite some time on these fixes getting published.

Are you trying to suggest we should release NOW, in whatever state the software is, or regardless if it even *works*, just because "I said so" ? Things happens, bugs gets discovered, more important things get on the plate.

For example, Esellerate hasn't alerted of their closure until very late and THEY have still some bugs which are forcing us to do miracles and going through several hoops, to preserve all user orders, without forcing them to reactivate everything, request new keys, etc. Sorry if this has now the highest priority over something so minor like missing stairs at KSDF.

Which, again, has already been fixed a long time ago, but because of the other things which has been explained so many times already, we cannot release yet. Don't you think we would already done that, if we could ?

So what's the *real* point of your comment ? Do you think it's fun and not, instead, highly frustrating not being able to deliver the FREE GSX update we have been working on for the past 6 months ?
