KFLL Update - Ongoing Construction
« on: December 20, 2018, 06:03:02 pm »
Hello,
I know a Fort Lauderdale update has been discussed here in the forum and I just wanted to see how that was progressing. I realize that Geneva comes first for this development team, so I thought we could maybe get an end of 2018 status report on these projects.

I'm a pilot based in the South Florida area, as well. So if you ever need any reference photos or information regarding Fort Lauderdale or any of the upgrades and expansions taking place at the airport, I'd be more than happy to help!

Hope everyone has a great holiday!

Jordan

Same here, been waiting for over 5 years now, keep stopping by, hoping for something to show up, even just runway 28L correct length, but sadly, nothing in the works it seems.
it's beyond me why it takes years to update a scenery.

Michel.

Wow! I wrote that back in December! You'd think someone would have said something... I honestly forgot, but another group is picking up FLL for a possible release in 2019. Glad my hometown airport is getting a remake. Love FSDT - honestly, they do excellent work, but there seems to be a ton of projects in the pipeline for them that extend 3+ years out. I didn't see FLL on that list, so no complaints here - never hurts to spread the wealth and let someone else give FLL the remake it desperately needs. In the meantime, lots to look forward to here!

Virtuali -- any updates on this? Am thinking of buying it -- any issues with P3D v4.5?
