No notification sound to open the door

there is no warning sound to open the door on pmdg 747-8, i was update from FSDT Live Update and rebuilt airport, and change on aircraft editor nothing work.
i'm sorry for my bad English

Check if the audio interface is selected correctly on GSX.

no....ex. if time to boarding there is text to open the baggage door, this nothing come, the door close but baggage still unload, all door same like that, so the point is my airplane door still close, and not text or sound to open the door before unloading, this happen only PMDG 747-8, other than all good

Since the 747-8 is internally supported, be sure you use the internal configuration that comes with GSX, not some you made or downloaded before we added support for it.

Use the aircraft configuration editor to check if it's using the internal data and, if it's not, Reset the configuration.
