klax - can not reinstall

Good day
i hope someone do have a solution for me to get KLAX working again in FSX.
After a flight to KDW i received an errorreport "irrecoverable failur" (sad i have not mad a screen shot from the whole information)
Never the less i thought i can fix it.
I updated the couatle than the FS-Addon Manager.
I could not fix it so i removed all FS addons and loaded it from the scratch.

now when i open the addon manager go to los angeles V2 the product shows installed, in trial mode. regardless if i try reinstall or register serial no, i get the same
first  window do you have your purchase reeicpt ?
Find your Serical Numer in teh email receipt, and insert it in the next screen
thats it no further screen opens - where i normaly shoul dindicate the serial no.

Any idear what i make wrong and how to fix it.

Do you see the “Addon Manager” and the “GSX” menu under the “Addons” menu of the simulator ? If not, try this:

- Configure the antivirus to exclude the whole Add-on Manager folder from scanning.

- Try the Live Update again, or reinstall GSX using its most current installer, to be found under the "Products and Downloads" page of our site.
