I purchased the Zurich airport scenery for FS9.
I read the manual about the active jetways.
To my surprise and disappointment, I learnt that the active jetways are only available in the FSX version.
This limitation is not clear from the way the scenery is advertised, and I feel cheated.

First, the product page says:

"Native animated inverse-kinematics based jetways in FSX."

Also, there is a reason we offer the product as a freely downloadable Trial, so you can test ALL its features, on your own machine, and test the features you are interested the most.

The Trial doesn't have an expiration date, and can be launched an unlimited number of times, just for a few minutes for session, but there's no limit to the number of sessions you can have with the Trial, so you have plenty of time to decide if the feature sets satisfies you.

Having a Trial version at your disposal will give you much more information than any advertising could do.

On top of that, in FS9 we have support for Aerosoft's AES so, if you want to have animated jetways, and much more, if you have AES, you can buy credits to enable support for Zurich as well.

Sorry, I should have read the full text.
Still, Zurich has those warning panels that tell you when to stop.
Where's the duty free store- I wanted to get some Swiss chocolate...LOL

Just looked at the Aerosoft AES page. ZurichX is supported.
Does this mean AES won't work for FS9?

AES is a product for FS9 only. So, of course, the only supported Zurich version would be the FS9 one.

We call the scenery "ZurichX airport scenery for FSX and FS9", so even if there's an "X" in the name, that doesn't necessarily refers to the FSX version, it's just the product name...

Thanks for clarifying that.
Aerosoft are having a weekend sale on credits for AES, so I'll be there.
I want to enjoy Zurich aitport to the max.
