ATC not using correct rwy.

The last few times I've flew into or out of klax, even with the wind out of the west, atc uses the 7s or 6s.  Today the wind was 250/12.  So I made my flight using 25R for t/o.  But atc selected 7R even though in the atis it had the wind 250/12.  I don't know why this is happening.  It's been fine for years.  I've looked at the afcad and everything is fine.  I'm using fsx:se active sky for weather.  I don't know why atc doesn't use the 24s 25s.

The issue doesn't have anything to do with the scenery that, as you verified, is of course entirely correct with all runways properly set.

Once you are sure the scenery AFCAD is correct (and KLAX certainly is), everything that happens next in relationship to how a runway is chosen, it's entirely dependent by the sim own's runway selection formula, and its relationship with the wind and the weather engine used. The scenery doesn't have any control over it anymore.
