Have you posted it in the Los Angeles forum, because it only happens there ? And, are you using FSDT KLAX ?

If yes, remove your GSX customization file for it from the %APPDATA%\Virtuali\GSX, as explained in many threads in this same section of the forum.

yes it's FSDT airport, have tried KMEM that was no problem. have deleted the files you describe but have not solved the problem

If KMEM works fine and KLAX doesn't, then the only possible explanation is that you haven't installed the latest GSX installer, the one that comes with the new SODE jetways, since KLAX requires it.

uninstalled klax and installed again, it solved the problem
