tail draggers
« on: September 21, 2018, 11:36:20 pm »
I noticed something funny with the pushback tractor.  If you're flying a taildragger, the pushback acts like the tail wheel is a nose wheel and drives into the plane to hook up, when it should probably come around behind it and drag the plane backwards instead of pushing it.  Anyway, I'm sure this is low on your list of priorities, but I though this was a funny glitch.  maybe there's some way to add a check into the aircraft's GSX.cfg that says it should be pulled instead of pushed?

We'll have to add pull to the Pushback code anyway so, we'll might get compatibility with Taildraggers as well.

Thanks for considering adding the pullback.  Most of what I fly are taildraggers.  I've lived with pushing the taildraggers back in GSX 1 for a good while.  The only time it's really noticeable is when you go to an outside view.  In the cockpit, it hasn't been obvious that the tail isn't being pulled back, so it's been pretty liveable.  But...  it would be really great to have the pullback feature!
