Is a download library possible?
« on: September 17, 2018, 09:47:45 am »
Hello Umberto,
I think it's a great idea to have the possibility of sharing airport configs in this forum. However, it's going to get really difficult to find the relevant files the more this community grows with the current structure. Would it be possible to provide a sort of download library like e.g. avsim for this configs? That way, files and any comments, requests and so on could be held separate.

Thanks
Adrian

We are thinking something like that, but possibly fully integrated in the software. Not an easy thing, but we want to do it right.

Possibly an update to the GSX Control Panel application? It's already being used by those of us working on adding SODE to airports to build exclude bgls. That plus maybe adding a note or some kind of automated feature where authors can tell the program which file to deactivate in order to remove static jetways?

A good way to export and import other peoples work would be great!

Thanks
