The Afcad that comes with the installer works fine, but I like the crosswind runways in this one.

Are you using a recent installer ? Because, I think we have a crosswind AFCAD in the installer now.

The installer fixes the problem with the buildings but I don't think that the afcad file is cross-wind.  When I test it only rwy 28 and rwy 27L are open for both takeoff and landing, before it was only rwy 32L and rwy 32R.  This scenery really needs a good cross-wind afcad.

Thanks,

could the problem with the afcad be that you need to change the layer of the afcad.  If so how do you do this.

It might be the AFCAD posted on the forum doesn't have exclusion zones.

I thought of that before but I don't know how to add exclusion zones.  I tried adding them with ADE but the program wouldn't let me compile this afcad into a bgl format.

ADE compiles into bgl format, and it's probably the best choice to edit AFCADs in FSX.
