GSX Coutl menu not working

I seem to recall this happening once before. But I just did a fresh installation of all my FSX programs. I click menu, the GSX selections are there, but when I click menu nothing happens. Suggestions please?

Please clarify what menu you are referring to. The GSX menu under the "Addons" menu, or the menu that comes out with CTRL+Shift+F12 ?
