CYVR no buildings

I have tried a number of times to install FSDT Vancouver Intl.  Each time I have found buildings in place from about 2000ft and above, but on approach and landing all buildings disappear and I get only jetways, no buildings of any sort.  If I start at a gate, jetways only.  Not even default buildings are visible, and of course none of yours.

Do you have both the Addon Manager and the Couatl menu under the GSX "Addons" menu ? If no, the problem of missing menu items under the Addons menu it's usually caused by one of these:

1) Defective antivirus. Download and install with the Antivirus disabled AND configure the antivirus to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder from scanning BEFORE starting the sim.
