GSX Coutl menu not appearing ( FSX Steam )

I had to clean my computer and re-install my FSX and add ons. Re-installed my GSX, made sure to get the latest updates. Coutl does show up under add ons, but when I click on YOUCONTROL Menu, the menu will not appear. Please advise...
