Author Topic: today after updating i lost the GSX in addon menu p3d 4 SOLVED (Read 7713 times)

hi, today first time the sim has asked me to update GSX or run the live update which i did. Since then i lost the GSX in the addon menu. i am getting an error :

couatl v3.2 (build 3894)

could you help to resolve it, i have tried everything , installed and reinstalled the GSX . how can this happen? running P3D 4.1...Problem started after latest Coutal update today

That error seems to indicate something is still not updated. Try run the Live Update again, or download and install the current GSX full installer.

thx for your time. i did reinstalled GSX and the live updater still no GSX in the menu , as well no more buildings at all my FSDT airports. iam getting still the same error

are you getting the same error as before ? The one in the couatl error log.

Could you please try Live Update again ? We changed a couple of files after your report.

I also lost GSX and all of my FSDREAMTEAM airports after updating. I'm running P3Dv4.1. Please fix!

i did update again , now my sim crashes with ezdok camera addon error P3D/FSX process not found.application cannot run. but still the same error coming up..

Which version of the sim are you using ? 4.1 or 4.2 ?

I start to suspect it might have something to do with it. We haven't tested it on 4.1 ( it was really bugged with GSX, with textures disappearing ), and another user with a similar crash had 4.1 too.

I'm not sure this could be the issue but at this time is the only thing I can think of. Are you planning to upgrade to 4.2 ?

Umberto, could you upload the old file again prior this update? would that be possible actually? cause it was working fine ...lol

We assumed every GSX user would update to 4.2 by now, because of the black textures issue in 4.1. Well...I'll try checking with 4.1 now.
