That's not how the scenery normally looks like. The taxiways are fine, but the photo background it's not. Does it happen if you lock the fps at a lower frame rate, like 30, for example ?

Locking at 40 doesn't make much sense anyway, 30 would be a far better choice, combined with VSync, because it divides nicely with the standard 60 hz refresh rate of most monitors.

Also, verify that you have the global texture size slider to "Massive" and the "MipMap quality" slider set to at least 5, but you might try increasing it up to 8

Sure thing as soon as I get home. I guess I should lock them to 30, Ive got one of those HD 19" WS. I have my Textures at "High" and Mip to "5", Ill change them to your Spec thanks for the Customer Support man!

It looks better, but still a little bit blurrier than how it supposed to be.

As I've said, locking to a odd number (32 in your case) it's not a good idea, the best setting is locking to 30 fps because it plays nicely with the 60 hz refresh rate.

However, changing from 32 to 30 fps, while helpful to make a smoother flight without tearing effects, will not certainly fix your blurriness problem. If you change the max texture size to massive and MipMap quality to at leat 5, I think there's still something wrong with your video card settings, perhaps tied to the use of nhancer.
