Your error log still shows you have outdated files, since that error simply cannot happen if everything is updated to the latest version.

Umberto, how do I clean up, i.e. after I uninstall GSX, where do I look to delete every remaining file, so I can make sure I have a clean install without any "old files"?  I know where I elect to install the Addon Manager, but where can I look for these remaining files?

Your custom GSX preferences are located in %APPDATA%\Virtuali folder. Maybe you'll want to backup the folder first, if you made some customizations.

Umberto. I decided to uninstall GSX and remove any folders left back that relates to GSX. I reinstalled GSX and I still have the same problem with the error message on final to land. I am not sure I mentioned this before, but this problem only occurs when in flight and the Gate selection is made, it does not occur after landing aircraft on ground and the Gate selection is made.

Error log attached. I also enabled the debug setting in GSX and that log is also attached.

thx Michael, this is frustrating, is there any chance to get back to the previous version of GSX ? it started to happen when installing the last upodate.

Hi,

i have he same Problem.
GSX is working well, onlly when i select a gate on aproach.
My Airplane is a PMDG NGX .

I hope  umberto  will find a fix for  this 
Problem.
At this  time  i delete  my sceneryAddOnMulti.py to Test.
I see  gsx  Rebuild  this file.  Maybe  the Problem  comes
From this File.

Maybe  it comes  from  a repaint  File.
I make a new file  thats not  coming  from
Pmdg in my System.
All the times i  fly  with  this a had a problem (gsx)
I will delete  this  repaint.

We are looking into this. It was useful to know that it only happens when you request a gate while flying. However, I still haven't been able to reproduce it, but will surely continue trying.

Between Franks's and my Error Log; they both have one thing in common KLAS.

I know this is out of context, but KLAS also has a problem with its Jetways SODE operation, and if Frank also has KLAS installed it could be associated to both problems and why some have this problem and some don't. Just a thought.
