Gents,
a similar issue here on a fresh installed Windows 10 with P3D v4.1.
  • First some FPS Tests with KLAX. Everything is working fine.
  • Second scenery is KSDF. Here Couatl crashing always immediately or if I start at Bowman (KLOU) Couatl crashing if I fly close to KSDF. At KLAX still no Errors with Couatl.
  • Jep, after both installation I used the Live Update.
  • And every installation was with disabled AntiVirus and Firewall.

Kind regards
Roland

With "Couatl crashing", do you mean you have the SAME error log that has been posted here, the one about the GsxCargoLoaderMan not being installed ?

Hi Umberto

How/Where can I get the Couatl Error Log? I didn't get a pop up information during the crash.
I just found two log entries in the Windows Eventviewer:

Couatl.exe
   3.2.0.3883
   5a1ee90a
   VCRUNTIME140.dll
   14.10.25017.0
   58a63e49
   c0000005
   0000e5c2
   28c0
   01d371b98c950836
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager\Couatl\Couatl.exe
   C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\VCRUNTIME140.dll
   dec66251-90c3-452a-8184-07482a2179fc

Prepar3D.exe
   4.1.7.22841
   59d67e95
   bglmanx64.dll_unloaded
   4.0.0.8
   59ddff64
   c0000005
   0000000000019340
   1ea0

How/Where can I get the Couatl Error Log? I didn't get a pop up information during the crash.

This seems to indicate the crash didn't had anything to do with the one discussed here. If you don't have logging enabled, you are not supposed to have a Couatl.LOG. Instead, you should see a Couatl.ERR, and a pop-up asking to see it.

If you didn't see the pop-up, it really seems your crash doesn't really have anything to do with the one discussed here, so it would be best if you opened a new thread, with a proper title, because it will be very confusing to reply to you here for something totally unrelated to this thread.

The title is not "Couatl crash at KSDF", but it's "Couatl shut down", and if you read this thread, if would have been obvious the issue is totally different, because yours IS a crash with a Windows crash log, the one discussed here had a proper error report, which is not a crash (and the error text is totally different), but it's an error log produced by Couatl that, since it WAS able to produce an error report, clearly hasn't "crashed", otherwise it wouldn't be able to produce a proper error report in the first place.

So, again, please open a new thread, as asked, describing how and when this is happens.
