Thanks Kea for the Delta model. I know this question is about to show by a few in here because it happened to me and again the fix for the blue glowing cockpit will remain the same only for those who have it.
Blue Cockpit fix:
In your texture folder create a new folder, you don't have to rename it if you don't want to. Find a file named CP_F18_4_N and move it to the new folder and you will have corrected the problem.

I tried putting the CP_F18_4_N into a new folder but it didn't work. Maybe I missed a step?
Make sure you are not copying the file to the new folder make sure it is a move, click drag and drop to the new folder.

Edit = This is a system issue, video to be more precise and is why I chose to create the new folder inside the texture folder. If I get a better system I can move it back to normal texture folder and try it again on the new system.

P3Dv4 is 64 bit the FSX hornet.dll nor any 32 bit dll file will work.

Any update on the DDI for ver 17.1.31 regarding black screens ?
Currently using P3D V4.1 and tried the F-18.dll suggested for P3D V3.4

Hoping to have DDI's like seen in this link:
http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php/topic,15196.15.html

saw the reference starting at almost bottom of the page to this issue:

The avionics don't in v4 and higher. They're 32 bit, and don't function at all in the 64 bit environment.
They (the amazing, famous "They") are working on updating it to work in 64 bit, but it's not there yet...

Gents,

Still working the issue.  Been in an on and off conversation with Microsoft Gaming Studios, Microsoft Legal, and FS DreamTeam for the past 6 months to see what we can do to get this needed file converted over to 64-bit, working in P3D v4 and making it available for everyone to use.  As of last Thursday, Microsoft Legal had to check with their team to make sure no contract breaches would occur between them and McDonnell Douglas.

Well, that's where we are at with things....

Keep your fingers crossed...

Ahhh, lawyers.  ::)  :P

Well then, they should have your answers in a year or two. Remember, lawyers are paid by the hour, and they know it.  >:(

Good luck on it, Jimi! I sure hope I'm wrong...

Hi! Here is a "fix" for P3D v4.1 and FSXBA 17.1.31 that many may know about, but as some here are asking for black MFDs fix...
So here it is as a provisory fix (mostly aesthetic fix but some of it indeed also work) - (Thanks to creepy847 and his youtube video about this fix)
1) of course think to copy FCS files from "For P3d v4" folder (in Panel.Fleet) to Panel.BA/Panel.Fleet folder so the HUD don't display the red FCS error.
2) download this free fsx F/A-18E model :
https://flyawaysimulation.com/downloads/files/23768/fsx-fa-18e-super-hornet-updated/
3) unzip it and copy the superh.CAB file from this plane's gauges folder to your FSXBA panel folder (Panel.BA/Panel.Fleet)
4) than edit your panel.CFG (in Panel.BA/Panel.Fleet, make a copy first for saving original) and go under [Vcockpit01], there you have to replace the 3 lines under //DEFAULT AVIONICS by :
gauge00=superh!rader, 450,4,440,440, 1
gauge01=superh!eng.mfd, 4,452,440,440, 2
gauge02=superh!hsi, 4,4,440,440, 3
(you can change "rader" (yes rader) by "Primary Flight Display", and "hsi" by "ufcd ap" to have other pages displayed that are more fps friendly than hsi GPS map and Air-Air radar)
You can see result on creepy847's video :

Big up to jimi08 and FSXBA team !

 :)
If, on left or right MFD, you click the lowest button of right column buttons, you get the working FCS page.
