You installed only LSZH but still have other FSDT sceneries ? In any case, the updater it's here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager\Couatl_updater.exe

Assuming you installed in the default location. You can create a new shortcut on the Desktop, using the normal Windows method ( "Create shortcut" from the right-click menu )

I had same issue but I see there are 2 exe's in the add-ons folder:  coatl_updater.exe and coatl_updater2.exe - which one should I run with p3d v4.1?

Best

This has been already discussed and answered here:

There is a reason we create a Desktop icon: so you won't have to wonder which one to use, since the Desktop icon is of course pre-configured with the correct one, which is the Couatl_updater.exe

The reason why there are two updaters, it's because  the Couatl_updater.exe will first download the most recent Couatl_updater2.exe, and then will start it, and the Couatl_updater2.exe will do all the real update of the rest of the FSDT files.

This way, the updater can "Update itself" too...
