wrong taxiways and GSX support

Thank you for this KCLT Scenery - I appreciate your work.

I have just two things to add:

I noticed some incorrect taxiways. I have charts effective from January 2017 showing other taxiways than your scenery. I checked only the taxiway "E" and its corresponding Entry/Exits and found numerous failures, almost the entire taxiway is wrong. I didnt search the other taxiways yet, but I will do that. Can you give that a review? I just made a few screenshots covering a few - but not all mistakes I found.

I taxied from 18C to 36C on E.

than on "E" is a sign N N9 -> (which should be E E9->) see here http://prntscr.com/ghru4c

You placed taxiway "F" all the way from E11 down, but according to the charts "F" only starts after E14 - rest is apron.

Also the Entry E11 to the apron is sometimes referred to as "N11" and E is called "N" see here http://prntscr.com/ghruck

At the interesction N/E11/E/E8 you have a sign " <- E11 N E8 -> (where N should be E and N should be referred to as N -> and E8 with the arrow turned "up-right" (there is no sign to show, but i guess you understand)

Next thing I noticed that nearly all Apron entries are wrong E11-E14 see here: http://prntscr.com/ghrv1p and here: http://prntscr.com/ghrv9p

Going down further there is a problem with taxiway "S" and "M" they are not shown correctly at the signs

Also when taxing on E from 36C to 18C taxiway E is referred as taxiway "C" see here http://prntscr.com/ghrzhl

And taxing from on the runway from 36C to 18C I noticed that you have correctly set E - E2 and then incorrectly referred to "E3" as E2 again. see here http://prntscr.com/ghrvn1

This list is not complete - but i think youll get the sense - please provide us with an update to the correct taxiways and entries. Thats a big problem if you are new to the airport and flying online on VATSIM because you cant rely on the taxiway signs. I wonder why nobody else noticed those problems before me. (if you did.. im sorry!)

Also the pushback by GSX is not working properly on all stands. I noticed that at stand B3 I was pushed into another gate - and the pusher did some very strange things. I have some pictures attached. What I also noticed are those static container at B1 - so pushing would go through those containers?


Thank you for your time and hopefully you can update the scenery - Id love to fly more often to your beautiful destination but only if I can rely on the signs on the ground

Is there any update - and why am I the only one complaining about this? You guys got nearly *all* of the signs wrong and no one seems to care? Thats impossible! We need the correct signs for the online networks. I am very dissapointed! Its not one sign, its mostly all of them and thats not because it has changed after your release... Get this done please!

You don't know what you are trying to say here. As you already noticed, nobody else reported about this so, clearly, your report won't have the same priority of issues reported by at least more people.

As I've already told you on Facebook (in addition of telling you to stop posting there, which is not the place for support ), this has been forwarded to the scenery author, which will check them and eventually fix what need to be fixed.

The request of not posting on Facebook, is done for the precise reason to keep track of reports so, when I said "nobody ever reported it before", I can be sure of it. I couldn't, if people started posting about problems everywhere.

I have also noticed the wrong taxiway entry signs along the E taxiway. Just sort of one of those things I've always "lived with" but it's a definite bug - or perhaps the taxiway entries WERE correct at the time the scenery was developed. Either way, they're incorrect now. Hopefully it can be patched up sometime soon.
