Since the PMDG 737 is an internally supported plane, it doesn't require customization but, your screenshot shows you are using a custom configuration, which has precedence over the GSX internal data so, if you made any kind of mistake creating that, it might be the cause of the problem.
So, first try to RESET the airplane configuration, so GSX will use its own internal data, instead of your custom configuration.
