I landed at JFK International and parked at Terminal 8, gate 4, which is American Airlines, and was flying the PMDG 737-800. When I called for the Jetway in GSX, the jetway would not move far enough to reach the aircraft door. Even the jetway itself is not long enough to reach the door of the aircraft. A screenshot is in the attachment. I think I made the picture a little too small.
Here's the error report I received:
couatl v3.2 (build 3829)
panic log started on Wed Jul 5 23:49:53 2017
problem raised by addon <unknown>
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "couatl\GSX\airportCustomization.py", line 466, in recreateStaticJetway
AttributeError: 'Jetway' object has no attribute 'rootRotation'

I got this error report when I was trying to see if I could make adjustments for the jetway, but apparently, that can't be done. So, I clicked the Reset button and that's when I got the error log.
