FS9 - Geneva menu option does not turn off ground traffic.
« on: March 17, 2009, 07:10:12 am »

The 'turn off ground traffic' 'menu option' does not work (on my machine). I notice posts about issue,.. ability to turn traffic off, .. going back some time.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this magical feat?

(Otherwise, scenery is sensational, amazing in fact just like the real thing.)

Are you refering to the Addon Mananger option ? That one is not supported by Geneva, because it's only used by some previous sceneries (like Cloud9 EHAM) that had service vehicles dynamically appearing close to the user airplane or the AI airplane. Geneva don't use it,  but I think you can control their appearance by using the Scenery Complexity slider.

Thanks for prompt reply.

When installed, there is a drop down menu at top. Features have a tick beside each feature. One can 'tick, or 'un-tick a feature. If one un-ticks the apron traffic etc., is makes no difference, the Ford Transit service van do not stop.

..thanks again.

That's exactly the Addon Manager menu I was referring to. As I've said, is not used by Geneva.
