Installer won't load

Hello,
When I download the scenery and try to run the installer it won't load. I double click the icon and the FSDT logo half appears in my toolbar then disappears. I look forward to any help.  :D

Nevermind, fixed it there was a DLL missing in my FS folder. :P :D
