Couatle Engine Failure Missing File Issue When Starting FSX **SOLVED**

I bought the FSdreamteam Charlotte airport addon and am now running into an issue where the Couatle Engine will not launch while FSX-SE is loading.  The error message I get is: "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."  As a result I have no airport buildings visible on both my FlightBeam airports and my FSdreamteam airports.  I also don't have GSX ground services as well.  I downloaded the latest addon manager and I still keep getting this error message.  I am not sure what I need to do to resolve this issue.

I'm sorry but this link is broken and Ive been waiting for a week and a half to get to the bottom of this, nothing i do helps - Ive tried downloading the files sepatately but to no avail. I have GSX and charlotte, and P3D doesnt find either of them in the addon menu. Im having the same error as the guy above here. There is nothing wrong with my sim, as everything works as it should, Im also a developer - and thats what i cant understand - Ive never seen this error before anywhere. the link you provided above takes us to some website thats wants to register me to watch online videos!!

Searching for "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing" reports more than 60.000 results...that's how I found the previous link, and how I found the update one.

You must install the x86 version of the runtime too, since we have both 32 and 64 bit executables.
