KMEM strobe error

Hello

This happens at night on runway 36R the strobe flashes upward into the sky like a thunder bolt. Very hard to get a screenshot of it. But it's coming from the white strobe at runway 36r.

You see it from the opposite direction of the runway, right ?

You can see it on approach to 36R.

That's strange, because I can't. But I see some artifacts when turning around in the opposite direction.
