TCN ch's exist?

I tried dialing in Ch 11 for the Hi-TACAN to ry 27 at Duluth (KDLH) but it said error.....is there no tacan in FSX?

Tacan channels go from 17X to 126Y (with a gap between 59 and 70)

FS can't receive channels outside this range, since 17X it's 108.00, the lowest VHF frequency tunable with FS.
