Alphasim Enterprise
« on: February 23, 2009, 03:20:44 am »
I've been playing around with the FSX F-18 for a while now.  Last week I bought the Alphasim E and installed it.  It doesn't move and I can't land or cat off it.  So today I went and bought Flight Deck 5 and installed it. Nothing has changed and I'm wondering if there is an easy fix, or easy instructions to follow.  The ones that came with the E leave me a little confused.

Will it ever be possible to get everything a person might need in one easy to install package?  The carrier cost enough already and having to buy FD5 on top of that leaves me a little cold.

Thanks

According to the Alphasim web site, Enterprise only works with SP1, not acceleration.

I saw that too.  I thought maybe the sight hadn't been updated in a long time.  I was also looking for a forum over there, is there one?

Yes, but it doesn't seem to be working any better than the carrier you purchased.   :D

I use the Big-E with the VRS SuperHornet with FS9.  The Vertical Reality software makes me able to trap and catapult.  You can try ArrCab (its a program for FSX SP2/Acceleration) for it.
