KLAS Update - T3 fenced off

This looks like T3, a few months BEFORE it opened.  Fenced off from the airport, as well as no gates. 

I've updated the installer.  I've updated GSX.  And I've done a live update.

Any thoughts on how to make this terminal operational?

That problem would appear only if you haven't installed GSX.

Yes.  I installed GSX and then re-installed the KLAS new installer.  That worked.
