Blue Hue to Ground Textures

I get a blue hue to my ground textures at night. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

Here is what I am referring to....

At night, the sim has less color depth resolution in dark areas, it's something totally outside our control, the colors are not obviously there in our texture, it's just a combination of texture compression and reduced dynamic range at night, which is how the graphic engine works.
