Pushback at KDEN

First off : Great Product!!

Aerosoft A320 at gate. All doors closed. Jetway retracted, Parking brake set. Call for pushback.
The pushback tug appears and appears to be connected. No marshaller appears. The tug announces "Ready for pushback" but then nothing happens. There is no further dialog. At this point I am unable to do anything to get the pushback actually started. Any help would be appreciated.

Be sure you haven't set the GSX Verbosity slider too low: maybe GSX is trying to tell you something why Pushback cannot start, but you don't see it, because you disabled all the warnings.
