Moving Cars/Busses in LSZH

My airport busses and cars are all stationary and parked- was this a change in the latest update, or am I missing a "switch" to make them move again?

Not all vehicles are animated, only some of them, and they are controlled by the Ground traffic switch in the Addon Manager.
