Jetways messed up connection with Plane P3D
« on: February 27, 2017, 03:08:15 am »
Hello there
As the title says

I have tried to fix this with the edtor that comes with gsx
But still the jetway in a lot of instances connects with
The plane in weird positions
With smaller aircrafts like say the 717
The jetway sometimes is far away from the door
Sometimes its way above the plane

Indeed when i use the editor you can see that the positimn
Of the jetway is wrong and i fix it
Once i save it and try it again
It never changes

This happens in random airports i cant collect all of them
And happens with many addons
PMDG TFDI AEROSOFT

Any help would be appreciated

GSX Does not control jetways.

As usual
And as I know fsdt customer service "rudeness" for answering questions
Even if it is in the manual, I probably missed it
OR
Probably when I see a feature that lets you edit the door positions on each plane
That can certainly create confusion to "CUSTOMERS" who pay for their product
a significant amount of money in order to get some answers when they are asked

Every simgle time I tried fo contact FSDT team for any issue, I get a response that bashed
Me and my reasoning
I wonder what kind of customer service is that

I work in customer service
I get the worst questions about common sense issues at my job, Yet I respond professionalu
Because "ITS MY JOB"

Thanks FSDT for the continuing of professional rude customer servicd

Seem so, but of course the question was asked, and answered too, countless of times on the forum. Try to use the "Search" function for "jetways", and you'll find countless of thread, all of them where of course promptly replied to.

That's used for GSX vehicles and SODE Jetways. Default jetways are entirely unrelated with GSX, and they will only use the [Exits], as defined in the aircraft.cfg by the airplane developer.

Then I apologize to you, if my reply seemed to be harsh but, it takes a lot of time and effort to write a manual, and after replying so many times to questions that DO have an answer on the manual, it's easy to get carried away with, because support is NOT (really) my job.
