FS9: VFR-landing in LSGG only on runway 5?
« on: February 02, 2009, 08:07:41 pm »
I really love the FSDreamTeam-scenery of LSGG. But I have a question regarding VFR-landings.

I tested IFR-landings on both runways 5 and 23, no problems. But when flying with VFR air control only admits landings on runway 5 regardless of the wind direction. When asking for approach on the other runway, runway 23 isn't even offered in the display. ATC only says "back". Is this true in reality as well?

I installed the updated version 1.1 and the hotfixed AFCAD-file.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

You might want to supply a little more information:

Whether FS9 or FSX for a start... :)

This is not true in reality, as you might have seen the grass RWY is very close of the concrete RWY used by IFR traffic... So the active RWY for VFR is the same than for the arriving IFR
