¿How can I avoid AI planes back collision with my plane when I'm waiting to takeoff?.

Not sure how this is relevant o the Geneva airport. It's a generic question about the simulator itself, and I'm not sure what you are asking: there's an option in the realism setting that prevent collision with traffic.
