KIAH SODE JETWAYS PROBLEMS P3D v2.4
« on: November 21, 2016, 10:17:15 pm »
I've just full installed KIAH(sode version)  + GSX , using P3D v2.4 and PMDG737, SODE v1.4. When the plane is parked carefully at a gate (sode activated), I select from menu: "operate jetways"  , the jetway responds moving a little out and on top, then gets stuck, saying "sode connection lost". Selecting "reload all" from sode menu is without effects. And if I retry the jetway selection, it says "sode is unavailable, jetways will not animate".
In other airport with sode system active (like LIRF, EPWA) I don't have any problem and sode results always on.
Is it possible I'm choosing a wrong procedure for jetway docking?
I would really appreciate if you could give me any advice

You are not doing anything wrong. However, it seems there's some problem in the connection between SODE and GSX. Does it work if you, in addition to the "Reload All" option in SODE, you also choose "Restart Couatl" ?

I'm sorry, but I find very difficult to tell you more, since nobody at FSDT has P3D 2 installed anymore, I'm not even sure if someone ever tested the GSX+SODE combination under P3D V2.
