There shouldn't be any problems, our installer recognizes FT Midway, and automatically renames the only file that might create problems (kord_tweak.bgl, which is not needed anymore, it was only relevant to default O'Hare).
In case you reinstall FT Midway after KORD, just remember not to install that tweak OR, manually rename or delete that file yourself.
